Shipping + Return Policy

 

Shipping

We currently only ship within the US and Canada. Orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 3-7 days, but no more than 8 days post purchase. Please ensure that your address is correct (if using PayPal or Apple pay also check that your address match) as incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

In an effort to send orders out faster, our shipping software will automatically combine shipment when possible. However, we are unable to accommodate request to manually combine orders or refund shipping charges.

FUZZYLILHEAD is not responsible for change of address or packages either lost in the mail or delayed by the post office.

Sale Shipping: Sale items are Final Sale. They will be sent out within the same timeframe as regular priced items.

Local pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Oversold items

In an event that the item your purchased was oversold, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order.

Sezzle

Sometimes, orders checking out with sezzle may create an overselling incident because they are not able to keep live inventory updated. In those cases, the last order using sezzle to checkout will be refunded for the item in question at the time of order fulfillment.

 

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. After that time since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must be also in its original packaging.

Because of the nature of some items, we do not accept returns unless items arrive damages or defective. Those items includes:

-Custom or personalized orders

- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund policy ( if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
